Young people in Capitola are invited to apply for non-voting membership on city advisory bodies, including the Art and Cultural Commission, Finance Advisory Committee, Historical Museum Board and Traffic and Parking Commission. Applicants are required to live within the Soquel Union Elementary School District or attend Soquel, Harbor or Aptos High School. They must be accompanied to meetings by an adult if younger than age 18.
