The 34th annual California Coastal Cleanup Day, the state’s largest annual volunteer event, takes place this Saturday morning. In Santa Cruz County, there will be events from Palm Beach State Park in the south to Ano Nuevo State Beach in the north.
The three-hour event runs from 9 AM until Noon tomorrow morning. It is open to everyone, although participants aged 17 and younger need signed permission from their parent or guardian.
