Contra Costa District Attorney Diana Becton will join five other prosecutors Tuesday morning to make an announcement in the Golden State Killer case. The press conference will be held in Santa Ana. Investigators believe Joseph DeAngelo of Citrus Heights is responsible for 13 murders and more than 50 rapes during the late 1970’s. DeAngelo has already been charged with multiple murders and remains in custody.
