A Pre-Hiring Open House is slated to be held in 2 weeks in Capitola. A spokesperson for a National Chain has said that they plan to hire 150 people to work at the Olive Garden Restaurant they’re putting in where the Marie Callender’s Restaurant used to be on Clares Street, near the Capitola Mall. The Pre-Hiring Day will be held from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. August 23rd at the Fairfield Inn and Suites on 41st Avenue; and the actual Hiring Days will be from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. on August 25th and 26th at the Restaurant’s location at 3400 Clares Street.
