A Carmel Valley woman is now facing vehicular manslaughter charges. 18-year-old Margot McNally was under the influence when she crashed head on into an SUV on Carmel Valley Road last Thursday. McNally’s passenger, 16-year-old Annabelle Vanderbroucke, died as a result of her injuies. The driver of the other vehicle, 69 year old Sarah Coleman was also hospitalized. An investigation is underway to determine where the underage girls obtained the alcohol.
