Monterey Bay Community Power is hosting its final community forum on Tuesday for customers to ask questions about the newly formed energy management agency. The agency is taking over residential power service in Monterey, San Benito and Santa Cruz counties on July 1. Customers are automatically served by the agency unless they opt out within 60 days of July 1. The forum will be from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Irvine Auditorium of the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at 499 Pierce Street.
