A Hepatitis A outbreak in Monterey County has been declared over. Monterey County health officials cite the lack of new cases over a two incubation time period for the announcement. San Diego, Los Angeles, and Santa Cruz Counties experienced similar outbreaks in the homeless populations during 2017 and 2018.
