A man, who allegedly attempted to break into a Monterey home this morning, is being sought. Witnesses of the event, that took place shortly after 12:30 a.m., on the 400 block of English Avenue, said the 5 foot 9 inch tall Hispanic man weighed about 150 pounds. Anyone who may have captured video footage of the incident is encouraged to contact the Monterey Police Department.
