A man in his 40’s suffered fatal injuries when he was shot early this morning in Salinas. The shooting took place near the 100 block of Center Street. The motive for the shooting is unknown at this time. Anyone with information about this 9th homicide of the year in Salinas, is encouraged to contact the Salinas Police Department.
