A 10 acre blaze near Greenfield was started by a lawn mower. Cal Fire officials say that the fire broke out the intersection of Arroyo Road and the 36000 block of Elm Avenue at 11:41 a.m. on Thursday when a property owner was attempting to mow dry grass. Air and ground crews were utilized to extinguish the fire. The property owner will be held financially responsible for the response.
