A receiver has been appointed for the red barn flea market….which means the market could be re-opening soon. Santa cruz county fiduciary sandra hill has been charged with the oversite of the sunday market operation. It remains to be seen who will be chosen to actually run the operation, and how to resolved the out-standing code compliance issues.
A hearing on the Ellingwood Will, including who inherits the Red Barn, is set for next Wednesday.
