2 inmates of Salinas Valley State Prison in Soledad, who escaped yesterday, have been re-arrested. 23 year-old Richard P. Almanza and 35 year-old Jonathan J. Damiano, had been housed in the minimum support facility on burglary charges. They were arrested early this morning in the Sacramento area.
