The murder trial for Gonzalo Curiel entered into its 2nd week yesterday (Mon). Curiel is accused of the abuse, torture and murder of 3 and 6 year old Shaun and Delylah Tara. Yesterday testimony was heard from emergency room personnel who cared for the older surviving sibling. Since the beginning of the trial last week Curiel has been in altercations with other inmates and is now being housed separately for safety reasons.
