A new technology has been launched in Santa Cruz. The “Smart Path To Housing And Health Homeless Coordinated Entry System” (known as Smart Path) more efficiently matches homeless people…..with housing programs and homeless services. The hope is that this will be an effective tool to help end homelessness in the Santa Cruz area.
