(09:00) Santa Cruz – A special meeting before the Planning Commission for all 13 proposed small cell facilities has been scheduled for this month. All 13 applications are available for review online at monterey.org/smallcellfacility, along with an independent consultant report from CTC Technology and Energy. The meeting is scheduled to start at 6 p-m on Thursday, March 15 in the City Council Chamber, Few Memorial Hall at 580 Pacific Street.
