Sword Wielder Identified 02/20/18B 16:58 S.S.

A  man,  who  was  shot  by  Salinas  police  officers  on  Friday,  is  still  recovering  in  an  area  hospital.    Javier  Rodriguez  was  allegedly  wielding a  sword  at  3  officers  when  he  was  shot  while in  his  Jefferson  Street  home.   Rodriguez  is  expected  to  recover.
