A Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s deputy had a surprise while making a DUI stop Friday night. Deputy Farotte pulled over an erratic driver on Soquel Drive. When the deputy contacted the female driver, he realized that he was dealing with a pregnant female in labor, who was attempting to drive herself to the hospital. Deputy Farotte assisted the women into the nearby hospital.
