(07:50) Salinas – Authorities reported that 2 men were arrested in Salinas, after they were seen taking valuables out of a vehicle. The incident took place on Friday just before 9:30 a.m. in the area of Melville Street. Officers observed 23 year old Oscar Martinez, of Salinas, and 24 year old Roman Ambrocio, of Salinas, taking valuables out of a Honda. After officers spoke to the pair, they discovered the vehicle had just been reported stolen from east Salinas. They were both booked into Monterey County Jail.
