UCSC has organizedThe fifth annual Climate Science and Policy Conference. The event features visionary artist Newton Harrison and Smithsonian scientist Scott Wing for an interdisciplinary conversation about how humans and ecosystems can cope on a warming planet. The “Humans and Wild Ecosystems in a Hot World” takes place on Wednesday, March 7, at 7 p.m. in the Rio Theatre in Santa Cruz. The event is free and open to the public.
