(06:40) Scotts Valley – The Scotts Valley Public Works Department announced construction will begin Monday on the Mount Hermon Road/Scotts Valley Drive/Whispering Pines intersection project. Crews are scheduled to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Minor traffic delays are anticipated and traffic control will be in effect. The projected completion date is April 30.
