Salinas police responded to a hit and run, stabbing and shooting; all at the same location, when a party got out of control Friday night. Authorities say that patrol units responded to Lombard Circle just before 11:30 p.m. to reports of a crashed vehicle and street fights. At the scene officers found a crashed S-U-V and two female victims of the crash. The driver, 47 year old Arnulfo Guzman, was apprehended nearby and treated for a knife wound before being booked into Monterey County jail. Another stabbing victim was located at the hospital. An investigation is ongoing.
