The Monterey County Health Department is asking the public’s help identifying illegal dumpers. Authorities are trying to identify the persons responsible for dumping 34 barrels of hazardous waste near Reservation Road, in Marina, and another 18 barrels on Johnson Canyon Road in Gonzales. The dumping is thought to have occurred on January 16th or 17th . Anyone with any information is asked to call the Monterey County Health Department at 831-755-4505.
