Salinas police are investigating a bank robbery that took place yesterday (Thursday). Authorities say that shortly after 10 a.m. an armed man enter a credit union on south Main Street where he brandished a pistol and demanded money from the tellers. The suspect, described as a Hispanic male in his 50’s, fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. Anyone with any information is encouraged to contact Salinas police.
