(10:00) Santa Cruz – A man was hit in the head with a bat after a road rage incident took place yesterday morning in Santa Cruz. The incident occurred around 9 a-m northbound Highway 1, at the Fish Hook in Santa Cruz. Marcos Donoso is charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon and driving on a suspended license. His bail was set at $25,000. The victim was treated at an area hospital.
