(12:55) Aptos – A man was arrested today in Aptos after he was caught with drugs. A deputy conducting a business check found Paul Artau in possession of methamphetamine, a digital scale, drug packaging and cash. Artau was booked into the Santa Cruz County Jail for being in possession of a controlled substance for sale.
