The Santa Cruz County DA’s office has announced a settlement agreement has been reached with E Harmony. Santa Cruz county is one of several participants in a protective suit against the on-line dating site. The suit was brought after allegations of financial irregularities were investigated. E- Harmony agreed to pay 75 thousand dollars in legal fees, 1 point 2 million in civil penalties and up to 1 million dollars in restitution to customers.
