A 30 year-old Santa Cruz man has been charged with murdering his mother in her Riverside county home. Tosten Walsh-Lommen is expected to be extradited from South Dakota, where he was arrested for leading law enforcement officers on a high speed chase (while his mother’s body was in the backseat of his vehicle).
