(09:00) Aptos – A man was arrested for shoplifting at a grocery store in Aptos on Sunday. Tyler Luttrell shoplifted champagne and 2018 party props from the Safeway grocery store. Luttrell fled the store on a bicycle leading deputies on a short chase. He was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail on theft charges, evading, and a warrant that was out for his arrest.
