(08:55) Prunedale – A man was arrested after he was seen firing a gun while driving yesterday in Prunedale. The incident took place just before 11:30 p.m. on Prunedale South Road. The driver, Miguel Ruiz was booked for shooting at an inhabited dwelling, probation violation, and possession of a stolen loaded handgun.
