(07:15) Santa Cruz – Santa Cruz Fire Department was dispatched to a fire on Mission and Swift Street in Santa Cruz yesterday. The fire started just before noon. Crews reported that an underground culvert lined in heavy PWC had caught fire along with 2 power poles. The Santa Cruz Police Department along with Santa Cruz Fire Investigators is currently completing an investigation. There were no reports of any injuries.
