An infant, that was injured last night in a 2-vehicle accident in Salinas, is now listed in stable condition. 44 year-old Raphael Arriaga was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, and several other charges related to the accident he caused when he ran his pick-up truck through a red light and it hit a Honda, injuring both the infant (who was air-lifted to a San Jose trauma center), and the infant’s mother (who was transported to Natividad Medical Center). Arriaga was booked into Monterey County Jail.
