The driver of a vehicle, that crashed into a sign on the 100 block of Ocean Street in Santa Cruz this morning, is said to have been drunk at the time. The vehicle hit the sign for the Ocean Gate Inn shortly after 2 a.m. 21-year-old Jonathan Mullin, who suffered only minor injuries in the accident, was arrested for D-U-I.
