(07:25) Salinas – A gang member was arrested after he was caught with drugs and a loaded gun. The incident took place yesterday just before 4:30 p.m. in Salinas. An officer conducting a traffic stop pulled over a vehicle with 4 occupants inside. 19 year old Carlos Torres was searched and a loaded firearm was found concealed inside his waistband. He was also found to be in possession of marijuana and prescription drugs. Torres was booked into Monterey County Jail.
