Monterey county health officials are concerned about a possible hepatitis A outbreak. Officials are monitoring homeless populations throughout the county after a homeless man was hospitalized with the disease. 21 deaths have been linked to outbreaks in San Diego, Los Angeles, and Santa Cruz counties.
