(10:00) Santa Cruz – The Avenue of the Flags announced that World War II veterans will be recognized during a flag raising ceremony today, for Pearl Harbor Day. The ceremony is schedule to start at 5:15 p.m. at the Santa Cruz Elks Lodge, 150 Jewell Street, in Santa Cruz. A dinner will follow the ceremony.
