A new center has opened in Santa Cruz county. Law enforcement and child welfare personnel will work together at the Sky (Safe Kids and Youth) Center to investigate cases, share information, and hold routine case reviews….hopefully reducing the amount of trauma each child victim and witness experiences.
The center was funded by Santa Cruz county, and all 4 cities in the county.
