(09:40) Marina – The Marina Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing at risk man. 36-year-old Shane Edward Betten was last seen at his residence on Tuesday at 10:30 p.m. on the 3100 block of Crescent Avenue. Betten suffers from mental health issues which require that he take medication. Without the medication, he may not remember to take on basic tasks such as eating or finding a safe place to rest. Betten is a white male adult. He is approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. He has blond hair and blue eyes. He also has a goatee. Anyone with any information is encouraged to contact authorities.
