(07:40) Caltrans announced 1 northbound lane of Highway 17, from Vine Hill Road to Laurel Road, will close between 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. today and tomorrow. The purpose of this two-day roadwork includes painting the sound wall. Motorists should expect long delays up to 30 minutes.
