A Hollister man was arrested while drunk driving a stolen vehicle. Officers responded to a reported cart theft at a Quick Stop on san Felipe Road, when they found the care it was parked with Eduardo Garcia inside. Police arrested Garcia and booked him at the San Benito County Jail.
