Monday morning a Watsonville woman was arrested for arson. Watsonville police found a trash can on fire near the rear door of the Santa Cruz County Bank. The suspect was caught on video and quickly located near 260 Rodriguez Street by the Watsonville Fire Department. 31 year old Julia Carrillo was arrested and charged with arson and possession of methamphetamine.
