The City of Monterey wants to know how residents feel about opening Monterey parks up to dogs on leashes. Residents are encouraged to take a survey which can be found at monterey.org/residents. The results of the survey will be presented to the Parks and Recreation Commission at their regular November 16th meeting at 7 pm in the Council Chamber, 580 Pacific Street in Monterey.
