CSUMB is warning students that a rapist has been targeting the campus. University officials have received two reports of rape and one of stalking, all alleged to have been committed by Julian Espinoza. Espinoza is described as 20 ish, slender with black hair, 6 feet tall. He is accused a raping female students on September 19th and October 3rd and electronically stalking another woman. Anyone with information on his where-abouts should contact authorities.
