A Silicon Valley Billionaire has unlocked and opened the gate that leads to the public Martins Beach in San Mateo County. Vinod Khosla was threatened with heavy fines from the California Coastal Commission after he locked down the sole access path to the beach which resides on his property. Martin’s Beach attendees are wary however as this is not the first time Khosla has opened the gate only to close and lock them once more.
