A Salinas elementary school student has been honored for his efforts to try and stop bullying….world-wide. 11 year-old 6th grader Roberto De Leon, who attends Creekside Elementary School, was recognized at the Sunday night San Francisco Giants Game for the video he made about stopping bullying. Thousands of applications were sent in, and de Leon’s video was chosen as the winner in the 10-13 age group.
