(09:30) Santa Cruz County- A teen, who was reported missing over the weekend has been found safe. 15 year-old Melia Betancourt reportedly ran away from her Capitola home early Saturday morning. Betancourt returned home safely yesterday. The Capitola Police reported that do not suspect any foul play in this case.
