(07:40) Scotts Valley – The 4th meeting of the Scotts Valley General Plan Advisory Committee will be held on Monday. Those who attend will be given the opportunity to review a draft vision and guiding principles of the plan as well as an initial discussion regarding updates to the current infrastructure.
