(05:50) Salinas – A man was arrested for attempted murder last night in Salinas. The incident took place just before 8:30 in the area of Delancey Drive and Sutton Way. Authorities reported that 28 year-old Lorenzo Rubio got into an argument with a 16 year-old and hit him with his vehicle. Rubio was transported to the Monterey County Jail and booked for attempted murder, threats and fleeing the scene of the collision.
