(09:15) Salinas – The Salinas Police Department invites the community to join them as they pay tribute to all those that lost their lives during the attacks of 09-11-01. The community is encouraged to stand with the men and women who protect and serve the community everyday. The ceremony will take place at 200 Lincoln Avenue, in front of City Hall.
