(11:15) Salinas – Salinas city leaders announced a major community based clean up is planned for tomorrow. The purpose of the event is so promote a beautiful city. Neighbors are invited to participate in a number of volunteer activities in South Salinas as well as recycle and dispose of unwanted appliances, household trash, and yard waste. Volunteers will meet at 9 a.m. to noon at the corner of Los Olivos Drive and Kipling Street.
