The First Court Of Appeals in San Francisco has ruled that Martin’s Beach must be re-opened to the public IMMEDIATELY. They say that Vinod Khosla violated the California Coastal Act when he closed off public access to the beach, after he purchased the 89-acre parcel that surrounds the beach. Martin’s Beach is located south of Half Moon Bay.
